Q.   Why are your products so low in price?

A.   Our products are low-priced because of the amount of products we will eventually have. They may not all be available just yet but they are coming soon and will cover subjects such as Business, Hobbies, Reports, tutorials and much more. Just remember to visit our site regularly to ensure you’re not missing out on what you want!

Q.   How can I pay for my product?

A.   We use PayPal, the most secure and most popular payment method online used by millions of customers in the UK and worldwide. If you are an existing PayPal customer you can simply login, pay and download. If you are not an existing PayPal customer you can pay using your credit or debit card quickly, simply and securely. Q.   How can I open my products?

A.   If you download an E-Book, report or guide it will be in a Portable Document Format (PDF). A PDF is a popular file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for document exchange. You will need Adobe® Reader® to view the file. If you haven’t got it or you need to update your version please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/

Q.   What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?

A.   If you do not see what you are looking for then just let us know via our Contact page. If we like the idea and make a product you will receive a free copy of it. Just let us know what you want and we will try our best.

Q.   Can I pay over the phone?

A.   No, sorry. There are currently no facilities for this at the moment. It may be something that we consider in the future but this will be due to customer demand. Presently, our customers are happy and confident using PayPal.

Q.   What does ‘Hard Copy’ mean?

A.   It means that instead of purchasing your chosen product as an Automatic Download, you purchase a printed or CD/DVD version of the product. It will state on the product title if it is a CD/DVD. The benefit of a printed version is it is a physical copy but the disadvantage is that you need to wait for it to be delivered. See the Key for further details.

Q.   What does an ‘Automatic Download’ mean?

A.   This means that instead of the chosen product being delivered to your door you can download it straight to your computer. This is fantastic because you can save paper by not printing it, you get it straight away and it’s a little cheaper than a ‘Hard Copy’.

Q.   How do you print your eBooks onto A4?

A.   With the eBook open click ‘File’, ‘Print’, and in the Print Dialog box as shown right, under Page Scaling, in the drop down box choose ‘Fit to Printable Area’. This will then expand the document from A5 to a full A4 page.
