If the question you want to know the answer to is not here please let us know and
we will gladly provide you with an answer.
A. No, sorry. There are currently no facilities for this at the moment. It may
be something that we consider in the future but this will be due to customer demand.
Presently, our customers are happy and confident using PayPal.
Q. What does ‘Hard Copy’ mean?
A. It means that instead of purchasing your chosen product as an Automatic Download,
you purchase a printed or CD/DVD version of the product. It will state on the product
title if it is a CD/DVD. The benefit of a printed version is it is a physical copy
but the disadvantage is that you need to wait for it to be delivered. See the Key
for further details.
Q. What does an ‘Automatic Download’ mean?
A. This means that instead of the chosen product being delivered to your door you
can download it straight to your computer. This is fantastic because you can save
paper by not printing it, you get it straight away and it’s a little cheaper than
a ‘Hard Copy’.
Q. How do you print your eBooks onto A4?
A. With the eBook open click ‘File’, ‘Print’, and in the Print Dialog box as shown
right, under Page Scaling, in the drop down box choose ‘Fit to Printable Area’. This
will then expand the document from A5 to a full A4 page.
