1. Online Products

Online products (products that are available for download) are non-refundable due to the electronic format of the product (we cannot guarantee that a product has been securely deleted and not copied).

2. Hard Products

Hard products which are delivered direct to your door are not returnable once they have been opened. They are considered to be opened once the inner envelope containing the products has been opened. They will only be considered to be faulty if there is:

a. A printing error such as

2. Severe colour loss

b. The incorrect product has been delivered (very unlikely)
